Most .45 ACP rounds have excellent stopping power and great penetration.  Hornady’s 200 gr XTP is typical of the heavily promoted defense rounds designed for maximum expansion at pistol velocities and distances.  Based on our accuracy testing, the XTP outperforms either Golden Saber or Gold Dot.  For every day carry (EDC), you may prefer the 200 gr RN and practice with the same load.  Available in a hard plastic flip-top box of 50 or bulk packaging of 50, 100, or 200 rounds in heavy duty 6 mil resealable bags.
